History

     The Barksdale Law Firm has concentrated its practice on helping clients with their corporate and business litigation.  A large percentage of the practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and oil and gas matters.  Having been a lifelong resident of the area, Mr. Barksdale is very familiar with the Okmulgee County area to better serve you and resolve your legal issues.

   Our client's legal needs range from small individual matters but also include large corporations with legal interests in the Okmulgee County area.  We represent clients in the banking, healthcare and utility industries.  We have lengthy experience in real estate transactions through title opinons and quiet title lawsuits.  A large portion of our practice is dedicated to estate planning and probate matters.
